Accounts

A friend introduced me to toastmaster almost two years ago. I was petrified for my first speech, now standing and talking in front of people doesn’t worry me anymore. I even took the role of Toastmaster one evening!

President

I joined Chester Speaking Club because it was on-the-spot speaking I wanted to improve. These last two years, my ‘improvised’ speaking has been transformed. I think faster, I speak clearer, my insights are vivid and entertaining and it has taken me from the board room to national debates on the stage at the British Medical Association. Excellent communication will transform your personal and professional lives and as Club President, I want everyone to have access to this incredible opportunity

Welcomer

I went along to Toastmasters because I love speaking and was delighted with the idea of a captive audience and found listening to other peoples life stories and thoughts so fabulous, I am now the captive !
